# About Collaterize

Collaterize is the entry point to ownership of real-world assets on Solana. It enables anyone to issue, discover, and trade tokenized assets starting from just $1, without needing to understand crypto.

By combining a mobile-first experience with onchain capital formation, Collaterize transforms illiquid assets (real estate, private equity, commodities, collectibles...) into programmable tokens that can flow through Solana’s liquid, composable DeFi markets.

Our goal is simple: bring the $100 trillion+ of offchain assets into an open, 24/7 financial system where liquidity is global, capital is efficient, and every asset can become part of the Internet Capital Market.
