  • Step 1: Suggest a tokenized real-world asset for listing on Collaterize, providing deal terms, structure, and due diligence materials. Real-world asset (RWA) Cards are specific to asset managers and represent the credit lines from which they draw capital to fund their RWAs. Each RWA Card is created by the asset manager and encoded with a set of deal terms—including pool size, interest rates, repayment schedule, and more—that align with the investment terms for investors.

  • Step 2: Once your application is filled, Collaterize perform due diligence on the asset. This diligence is based on the information shared, directly communicating with Collaterize's team, and negotiating key terms of the transaction.

  • Step 3: Once key terms are agreed, the asset is listed and investors are able to supply capital to the asset manager for the underlying assets. The RWA Card is minted onchain and the underlying vehicle automatically allocates capital to fill deal tickets through the protocol.
